A real case with our implants
Dorsal 1.5mm Locking Plate for phalangeal fracture

Completely displaced Proximal Phalanx fracture.

Fixation with a dorsal 1.5mm locking plate. Pre-contouring of the plate to achieve good apposition of the cortical surfaces. Eccentric drilling and fixation with a cortical screw allows compression across the fracture ends.

Follow-up xrays 6 weeks later show good healing with callus tissue.
